Warehouse Operation Supervisor （Bilingual in Mandarin)

We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc. We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics **Responsibilities**: • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. • Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. • Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands. • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process compliance. • Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, SLA performance, and labor efficiency. • Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment. • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance standards. • Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting **Qualifications:** - A bachelor’s Degree is preferred - At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team management. - Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers. - Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities. - Fluent in both English and Mandarin. **Pay Rate:** From $80,000 from year **Job Type**: Full-time **Benefits**: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance
