The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** - Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product - Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse - Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse - Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions - Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged products back into circulation within RBNA's standards - Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product - Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance. - Secondary contact for warehouse access and security - Other duties as assigned #matadordist **Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:** - Prior warehouse experience, preferred - Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills - Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head **Physical Requirements:** - Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead. - Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds. - Ability to stand and walk frequently. - Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. - Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions. **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Clear background and drug testing. - Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification - Prior sales experience preferred. - Knowledge of the beverage market preferred. **Compensation/Benefits:** - Competitive compensation plan - 401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarter - Employee Medical and Dental provided after 60-day probationary period - Company provided phone
