POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations while fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. This role is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and effectively managing resources to meet operational goals. WHY JOIN US: · Be a part of a team leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility · Competitive Wages and comprehensive benefit package with immediate benefit eligibility · Paid holidays and vacation · 401K with generous company match · Passionate about our core values – safety, quality, integrity, accountability, teamwork, sustainability · Inclusive workplace culture that values and empowers team members · On-the-job training in a continuous learning environment WHAT YOU WILL DO: · Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring daily activities are completed accurately, safely, and on time · Oversee receiving and kitting functions – timely booking of received goods and picking + issuing of kits for production · Manage goods in dwell time, query and ensure allocations are managed · Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize workflows using LEAN principles · Ensure timely and accurate communication between the warehouse team and other departments · Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance · Monitor and coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness · Create and manage the warehouse operating budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets · Oversee inventory control processes to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity · Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and promote a strong workplace culture · Partner with cross-functional teams on problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives · Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies · Perform additional duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: · High School Diploma or equivalent · 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred · Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Syspro experience preferred · Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and operations · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment · Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach · Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and team-building skills · Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset · Ability to work collaboratively acros…
