Warehouse / Inventory Lead

**Objective:** The Warehouse Lead’s primary function is to oversee 2^nd^ shift warehouse activities. accountable for inventory. **Accountabilities:** - Oversee the loading of route and transport trucks. - Work closely with management and provide backup assistance where needed. - Be a knowledgeable resource for employees to rely on. - Responsible for the scheduling and execution of cycle counts daily. - Assist with month-end inventory. - Cross train on dispatching and order entry. - Accepts additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the optimal overall operation of the company. - Responsible for making sure the plant is locked and secure every night. **Qualifications:** - 1-2 years of inventory experience preferably in a warehouse setting - Warehouse management system (WMS) experience is a plus. - Strong attention to detail with excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills. - Passionate self-starter who can work independently and can also be a team player. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook). - High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree is a plus.
