This role exists to protect inventory accuracy, drive productivity, and support zero-error loading so our customers get what they expect—every time. Key responsibilities include: - Pick and build stable, accurate pallets for outbound delivery - Use RF scanning and basic inventory systems to verify product and quantities - Handle materials safely to reduce breakage and prevent out-of-stocks - Maintain strong safety habits and follow OSHA-aligned warehouse standards Required skills/qualifications: - Safe material handling and pallet-building ability - Basic math for precise order fulfillment - Physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs - Teamwork and practical problem-solving - Forklift experience preferred Ready to bring energy and accuracy to every pick? Apply today. ### Your Shift in Motion Your day starts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM at 4610 Rusan Street in St. Cloud. You’ll plug into the rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse—scanners beeping, pallets moving, and orders lining up for delivery. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay sharp on accuracy and pace, keeping product flowing while minimizing damage and surprises.
