We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for **First Shift Picking Sunday 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Thursday 7am - 3:30pm .** Overtime required as scheduled. **Benefits** - **New Pay rate: $23.50 ($23.00 + $0.50 Sunday Shift Differential** - **Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked** - ## **Average incentive over $330 per month.** - ## 7**:00am shift start M-TH, 6:00am shift start Sunday** - Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Disability and Life insurance after 30 days - Wellness Incentives - 401K with Company Match, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Time - Employee Purchase Program - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Optional Critical Illness and Accident Insurance (AFLAC) - **Qualifications** • Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours • 3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred • Aim to excel in fast-paced environment • Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including order selectors stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers • Post-offer background check & drug screen are required **Responsibilities** • Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures • Accurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locations • Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner • Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments • Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times • Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners • Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas • Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations. • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management • Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization - **Pay Range:** - $15.00 - $30.25 - ***Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles* OR *Hourly for all other roles.*** - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
