We offer stable, year-round work with opportunities for growth and advancement. **This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training (up to 6 weeks).\*\*** **Work Hours:** - Monday-Friday **7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.** During assigned **rotating on‑call weeks**, the work schedule shifts to **8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.,** with required **after‑hours response duties** **Monday–Sunday**. **What We Offer:** - Competitive compensation packages - Opportunities for professional development and advancement within our team - 401k retirement plan with Employer Match - Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans - Paid vacation and holidays **What You’ll Do:** - Safely transport materials, equipment, and supplies between the warehouse, job sites, and vendors - Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and properly documented - Load and unload materials, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport - Assist with pulling, staging, and loading materials for HVAC, Electrical and plumbing jobs - Pick up and return parts/equipment from vendors as directed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and assist with basic vehicle upkeep (fueling, cleaning, etc.) - Support warehouse operations including stocking, inventory management, and material handling - Assist warehouse team and field personnel as needed - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, yard, and work areas - Follow all safety procedures and company policies - Other duties as assigned **What You’ll Bring:** - Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points - Must be 22+ years of age (to be insured by the company) - Minimum of 3 years of driving experience for a company (insurance requirement) - Clean driving record and strong safety awareness - Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs - Ability to work required hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed - Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude - Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check - Basic computer proficiency - Familiarity with Austell and surrounding areas **We are accepting applications by replying to this job posting.
