This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient material flow, organized inventory storage, and timely product fulfillment while collaborating with inventory, shipping, receiving, and operations teams. ## Responsibilities - Receive, unpack, and accurately store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations - Organize, move, and stock inventory according to established warehouse layouts and processes - Perform inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives - Prepare customer and internal shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials for delivery - Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate documentation - Apply product labels and identification markings in accordance with operational requirements - Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts, in a safe and efficient manner - Maintain inventory records and assist with updates in inventory management systems - Load and unload materials and shipments as needed - Dispose of packaging materials and keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient - Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse best practices - Support general warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities as business needs require ## Must Haves - High school diploma or GED - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Basic organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to safely lift and move materials required for warehouse operations - Experience using barcode scanners, scales, labels, calculators, or similar warehouse tools - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to recognize and distinguish colors for product identification and labeling purposes - Effective communication and teamwork skills ## Nice to Haves - Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment - Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems - Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes - Experience operating warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or logistics setting - Understanding of shipping documentation and material-handling best practices ## What We Offer - Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential - 4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) with employer match - A collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement - Opportunities for career growth within a global technology leader US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
