***TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** - Pack, unpack, and stock inventory in warehouse. - Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate and report any discrepancies of inventory before adjusting errors found. - Print address labels on UPS Worldship - Properly package supplies for shipments on a daily basis. - Print requisition forms on a daily basis. - Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse. - Clean and maintain warehouse and supplies in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors in a timely manner to obtain appropriate credit. - Check on a consistent basis on areas of need around the building (repairs). - Fulfill assignments given on a daily basis per the ticketing program (Issuetrak). - Reconciliation of the purchase orders. - Maintain an accurate inventory of laboratory and office supplies. - Minor repairs. - Assemble furniture. - Travel to different locations such as drop-sites, storage, hardware stores etc. on an as needed basis. **** ***REQUIREMENTS*** - Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse setting. - Must pose excellent verbal and written skills. - Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. - Some computer knowledge required. - Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment. - Display a professional manner at all times. - Work efficiently under minimal supervision. - Adaptable to changes in assignments and training. - Work efficiently within the team environment in all departments. - Adhere to all company regulations stated in the company hand book. - Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. #DL
