If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to meet you. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** - Accurately pick and pack orders based on picking tickets - Prepare shipments securely and professionally to ensure no overstuffing or product damage - Ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency for all outbound orders - Stock, re-stock, and sort products on racks following company guidelines - Move products from receiving or storage areas to shipping or designated locations - Assist with receiving, returns, inventory control, and general warehouse maintenance - Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe - Prepare and stage FedEx and UPS shipments for proper loading - Operate equipment (dolly, pallet jack, forklift) as needed - Participate in special projects and other assigned tasks **What We’re Looking For:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods - Organized, efficient, and able to multi-task under pressure - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP systems preferred) - Team player who can also work independently - Must understand basic English (spoken and written) - Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to excellence **What We Offer:** - Competitive wages - Paid holidays & vacation time - Profit sharing program - Growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive team environment - A company culture centered around quality, trust, and people **Schedule:**Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime and Sunday shifts as required Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career?
