The Role Work Model: Onsite Work Schedule: Full-Time | Average of 40 hours per week with overtime as required Travel Requirements: No Supervisory Responsibilities: No Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Summary / Primary Role The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely receiving, loading, unloading, and moving freight throughout the warehouse, loading docks, trailers, containers, and yard. This role ensures freight is accurately staged, documented, and prepared for outbound shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to company safety standards and operating procedures. What You'll Do We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and takes pride in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. Freight Handling & Warehouse Operations Review inbound freight documentation and unload freight from trailers, containers, and railcars. Inspect, count, and verify incoming freight while reporting shortages, damage, or discrepancies. Stage freight in designated warehouse locations and prepare outbound shipments.
