Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.) - Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner - Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered - Properly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management - Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company's safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures - Ensure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Obtain and maintain forklift certification **REQUIREMENTS** - High school diploma/GED required - MUST be a team player - 1+ years of prior warehouse and forklift experience - Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time - Able to operate GPS, an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. - Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful - Customer service skills and ability to represent the company in an appropriate manner **BENEFITS** - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Company Paid Life Insurance - Disability Insurance - 401(k) with employer matching - Paid Holidays - Paid Time Off - Referral Bonus Program
