**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Associate Level 1 is responsible for performing essential warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. It is a full-time, on-site role, requiring daily presence at the warehouse facility. **** **Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:** - Pick and pack product for the calibration lab, assembly, and shipping. - Process cycle counts and support annual inventory efforts. - Process warehouse work orders as needed. - Notify the lead when items or supplies are running low. - Report any damaged products. - Use the system to support transaction processing. - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area. - Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Key Qualifications and Skills**: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write basic correspondence. - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings. - Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s. May also require performing calculations involving weight, volume, distance, ratios, and percentages. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. - General computer literacy and experience with basic Microsoft applications. - Physical demands include the ability to walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs.
