Selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the warehouse and store's on-site activities including, managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors. **Responsibilities:** - Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies - HVAC. - Stock the parts store with an appropriate amount of merchandise. - Assist with inventory control and entering inventory into the software system. - Delivers parts, supplies, equipment, and other HVAC related products to customer locations or job sites, as needed. - File M/S's, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes. - File freight claims for damaged goods. - Manage receipt, inspecting, and stocking products. - Determine inventory levels; identify and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory and maintaining system inventory accuracy. - Other duties may be assigned. **Skills Required:** - Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. - Must complete an MVR. - Must have good interpersonal and phone skills to communicate and assist inside sales personnel and customers. - Load and unload trucks. - Pull and put away equipment on pallets or boxes using a forklift. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. - Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. **Education and/or Experience Required:** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3 - 5 years of proven forklift experience. - 1+ years of experience driving a 20' box truck with liftgate.
