Warehouse Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities** - Daily loading and unloading of products. - Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise. - Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy. - Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed. - Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance. - Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device. - Assist with physical inventory and inventory control. - Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped. - Provide excellent customer service to external customers. - Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic. - Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties. - Wear appropriate PPE. - Perform other duties as assigned. **In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.** **Required Qualifications** - Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. - Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check **Preferred Qualifications** - 6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation. - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. - Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus**.** **Work Schedule** Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
