Warehouse Associate

**Job Summary** Support and assist in warehouse and storage processes and responsibilities. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Essential** - Follow Company safety standards and report issues. - Operate forklift to load and unload trucks. - Stock warehouse and assist in inventory control processes. - Fill buckets, drums, etc. for customer orders. - Complete cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and yard. - Turn on fuel pumps for customers that dont yet have access to pumps. - Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. **Additional** - None **Supervision of Others** - None **Work Environment** - Typically work is performed in a warehouse or yard setting. - Frequent work around equipment, machinery, and vehicles. - Frequent work in dusty, wet, dirty environments and exposure to fuel and fuel fumes, oil, and grease. - Frequent work in hot or cold environments. **Physical Demands** - Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time. - Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities. - Able to move freely around work and customer sites. - Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop. - Occasional use of phone, computer, and office equipment. - Able to lift up to 75 lbs. - Able to move drums up to 400 lbs. **Travel** - Negligible **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** **Required** - Valid Drivers License. - One or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes. - Adheres to the company's values and ethical expectations. - Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail. - Able to obtain Company forklift certification. - Strong customer service skills. **Preferred** - Three or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field. - Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field. **Other Duties** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
