Warehouse Associate (3666)

Position Summary A Warehouse Associate will accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory to keep the warehouse running smoothly. They will uphold high levels of quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment. The Associate will also maintain a clean and safe working environment and may operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to handle materials safely and effectively. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse - Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance - Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements - Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment - Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory - Complete transfers of merchandise - Inspect Warehouse equipment daily - Proper use of lock out/tag out procedures - Must participate in regular inventory counts - Inspecting merchandise for damage - Take inventory and complete associated paperwork **Required Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent **Required Experience:** - Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus - Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial **Required Skills and Abilities:** - Ability to lift and move heavy items safely - Basic math skills for counting and measuring - Good communication skills for working with team members - Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
