The Role Building on our significant growth, we are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented VP of Marketing to own and accelerate ZeroTier's top-of-funnel growth engine. This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for building brand presence, generating qualified pipeline, and both expanding and driving execution through our marketing team. The ideal candidate brings a modern, data-driven approach with a lean on B2B marketing, with demonstrable expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and organic discovery strategies that drive compounding, long-term growth. You understand the full funnel from IQL to MQL to SQL or PQL, and you know how to build the programs, systems, and team structures that generate results at scale in competitive SaaS. Furthermore, we are looking for candidates that bring a passion for high-quality execution on all marketing output, driven by team leads, supporting team members, and strong AI-augmentation. This is a player/coach role that is highly visible reporting directly to C-level leadership, with significant influence over ZeroTier's go-to-market strategy, positioning, and revenue trajectory.
