All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:** - Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403-B Retirement Plan - 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave - Career Development - Whole Person Well-being Resources - Mental Health Resources and Support - Pet Benefits **Schedule:** Full time **Shift:** Day (United States of America) **Address:** 900 HOPE WAY **City:** ALTAMONTE SPRINGS **State:** Florida **Postal Code:** 32714 **Job Description:** - Reimagines, inspires and leads a best-in-class Learning and Development function. - Leads the development and execution of the learning and development strategy and plan, collaborating with senior leaders and cascading throughout all AH markets. - Identifies synergies that support the organizational vision between all learning communities – Leadership, Team Members, Clinical Learners, and Future Talent. - Ensures organization mission, values, leadership framework, and aspirations are embedded in learning experiences across the organization. - Partners with external universities and academic institutions to support the development of a talent pipeline supportive of future workforce needs. - Supports learning governance strategy and operational plans in partnership with senior leadership. - Maintains key relationships and provides strategic consultation to enable the best use of learning capabilities to drive business results. - Accountable to continuously assess organizational needs and adjust strategies, reprioritizing based on organizational needs and learner experience. - Communicates the learning strategy, progress against goals, key strategic initiatives and forecasts the teams’ ability to deliver innovative solutions. Leads efforts to create a unified set of learning platforms and tools for business units to leverage. - Supports investment in learning and ongoing resource allocation. - Creates effective senior business leader relationships to ensure learning is fully integrated into business unit priorities, talent acquisition, development, and team member retention strategies. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Experience creating an energized learning environment that attracts and enables people’s best thinking and work [Required] - Strong ability to inspire, develop, empower and motivate individuals and teams to their highest level of achievement with a focus on measurable results [Required] - Ability to accomplish key learning objectives through other leaders, both within and outside the direct reporting relationship [Required] - Proven track record of demonstrating Multiplier behaviors which focus on inspiring and empowering teams [Required] - Demonstrates effective communication – including the ability to inspire long-standing teams to embrace new ways of working [Required] - Ability to assess business requirements and develop strategies to achieve desired performance and successful business results [Required] - Proven leadership and influencing skills [Required] - Strong project and time management skills; ability to multitask and be flexible [Required] - Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across geography and culture [Required] - Experience leading in a dynamic, agile, pace-over-perfection environment [Required] **Education:** - Master’s degree in organizational learning, leadership, or Education: [Required] - Doctorate in Philosophy degree in organizat…
