Our partner is looking for a VP, Facilities, Security & HSE (Global) based in United States.** This executive-level role is responsible for shaping and leading global facilities, physical security, and health, safety, and environment strategies across a rapidly growing, innovation-driven organization. The position will oversee complex real estate portfolios, technical facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure that support advanced research and business operations. You will drive operational excellence by building scalable systems, optimizing resources, and ensuring safe, secure, and compliant environments worldwide. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will influence enterprise resilience, risk management, and long-term infrastructure planning. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage global programs, and create the foundation for continued technological growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in facilities, security, and HSE leadership within highly technical or regulated environments. ### Accountabilities: The VP, Facilities, Security & HSE (Global) will provide strategic leadership across worldwide facilities operations, security programs, and workplace safety initiatives. This role will ensure infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability while partnering with senior stakeholders to support business growth and innovation. - Develop and execute a global facilities and real estate strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and operational priorities. - Lead site selection, lease negotiations, capital projects, portfolio optimization, and long-term asset planning. - Oversee the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of complex technical environments, including laboratories, cleanrooms, and specialized facilities. - Ensure reliability and availability of critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, power, and advanced technical equipment environments. - Partner with engineering and research teams to support complex operational requirements and maintain high-performance facilities. - Establish standards for maintenance, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and vendor performance. - Develop and oversee global physical security strategies, including access control, surveillance, incident response, and risk mitigation programs. - Protect employees, intellectual property, and critical assets through effective security governance and enterprise risk management. - Build and maintain a comprehensive HSE program that ensures compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices. - Promote a proactive safety culture through risk assessments, audits, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team across facilities, security, and HSE functions. - Establish governance frameworks, operational KPIs, policies, and reporting structures to improve performance and accountability. - Manage budgets, capital investments, strategic vendors, and executive-level initiatives related to infrastructure and workplace operations. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a seasoned global operations leader with extensive experience managing facilities, security, and HSE programs within complex, highly technical, or regulated environments.
