The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Vocational Training Aide to work out of the Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg. CIT is a community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with vocational challenges. CIT provides lucrative training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other vocational challenges in the tri-county area. The Vocational Training Aide is responsible for implementing a meaningful daily work and activity program serving as a one to one aide for an individual. Full time position (30 hours per week) starting at $12.96 per hour. CPARC offers an excellent benefits package which includes health, dental and vision insurance. A High School diploma is required and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or relevant education is preferred. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
