Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience. **Job Summary** We are looking for a VMware Engineer to design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. The role covers vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and Tanzu, with a focus on automation, capacity management, and the practical realities of operating a large VMware estate alongside modern cloud-native workloads. The ideal candidate has operated VMware platforms at enterprise scale, navigates the evolving VMware product landscape pragmatically, and brings strong automation and operations discipline. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and operate VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX environments across data centers and hybrid cloud deployments. - Build and maintain Tanzu Kubernetes Grid environments for containerized workloads. - Implement vRealize / Aria Automation for self-service VM provisioning, lifecycle management, and policy enforcement. - Operate NSX-T for software-defined networking, including micro-segmentation and load balancing. - Manage vSAN clusters, storage policies, and storage performance for diverse workload classes. - Implement disaster recovery and business continuity using Site Recovery Manager and replication. - Build automation for VMware infrastructure using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and vRO. - Design capacity management strategies including right-sizing, reservation, and workload placement. - Operate VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments where applicable, applying lifecycle management, workload domain design, and integration patterns appropriate to the broader hybrid cloud strategy. - Implement and operat…
