Visual Designer Graduate

This is an ideal opportunity for a curious and motivated graduate passionate about visual design, emerging technologies, and creative innovation. ### Accountabilities: - Create visual assets for marketing and brand initiatives, including social media content, campaign materials, advertisements, and promotional designs. - Develop motion graphics and animations for digital channels, product demonstrations, and engaging customer experiences. - Produce creative visuals using existing asset libraries while exploring new approaches, including AI-generated imagery and 3D-inspired content. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality creative solutions. - Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while contributing ideas to evolve the visual identity. - Iterate on designs based on feedback while balancing quality, creativity, and delivery timelines. - Partner with experienced designers to learn best practices and contribute to the development of a strong visual language. - Support multiple creative projects simultaneously while managing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. ## Requirements: - Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills through academic projects, personal work, freelance projects, or professional experience. - Proficiency in Figma for digital design, layouts, and collaborative design workflows. - Hands-on experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, After Effects, or similar platforms. - Experience using AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or comparable creative technologies. - Interest in 3D design tools such as Blender, Spline, or similar applications is considered an asset. - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high-quality visual work. - Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to feedback, and work effectively with different stakeholders. - Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. - 0–1 year of professional experience is preferred, with internships, freelance projects, or academic experience considered valuable. - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere is a plus. - Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design is an advantage. - Interest in fintech, digital finance, or emerging technologies is considered a plus. ## Benefits: - Fully remote work opportunity with the ability to work from anywhere. - 12-month graduate program designed to accelerate professional development and career growth. - Opportunity to transition into a full-time position after successful completion of the program. - Exposure to global teams and innovative projects within the technology and financial services space. - Flexible work environment supporting autonomy and work-life balance. - Paid time off flexibility to support personal well-being and recharge. - Annual learning and development budget to support skill growth through courses, books, conferences, and other resources. - Opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and develop…
