About the Role We're hiring a small cohort of Visiting Associates: generalists at heart, with sharp minds who each own one defined area. You pick your preferred track(s) when you apply (or we help you pick during the process), you get a real scope, and you're managed directly by the founders' office. We give you genuine ownership of a function most companies would staff with someone 5y more senior. This is a fast track: you take the lead on your area, go deep, and get in 6 months what usually takes years. Everything we do is AI-first, so you'll spend less time on the grunt work and more time building the systems that make it obsolete. You'll leave having run a real business function the way companies will run them in 5 years, or top performers stay with us to keep on building.
