This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment, and can confidently guide patients through insurance and scheduling processes. ### Required Qualifications - Female candidate. - Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written). - Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Administrative Assistant, or similar healthcare administrative role. - Strong knowledge of: - Insurance verification - Out-of-network benefits - Copays - Deductibles - Patient financial responsibility - Comfortable explaining insurance coverage and payment responsibilities to patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Leadership-oriented personality with a proactive mindset. - Comfortable handling a high volume of patient calls. - Experience working with EMR systems. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience using **Prompt EMR**. - Familiarity with prior authorizations. - Experience supporting private medical practices or specialty clinics. **Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.**
