About the Team Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. ABOUT THE ROLE Fanatics Betting and Gaming is hiring a VIP GTM Manager to serve as the connective tissue between VIP Ops and the broader business. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Brand & GTM, this role sits at the intersection of promotions, events, loyalty, gifting and Fanatics ONE. You will own the VIP GTM operating model, maintaining a complete view of upcoming initiatives across OSB, Casino and the Fanatics ecosystem, and translating them into repeatable GTM playbooks, Host communications and customer journeys. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure premium end-to-end customer journeys that are coordinated, clearly communicated and consistently delivered across the ecosystem. This role drives alignment, not execution. You aggregate, clarify and operationalize what partner teams build, enabling Hosts to deliver a seamless VIP experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES VIP GTM Planning Own the promotional calendar across OSB and Casino, maintaining visibility into what is live, upcoming and in planning while contributing ideas for Fanatics ONE-integrated promotions. Serve as the primary VIP partner for Fanatics ONE benefits and cross-OpCo initiatives, maintaining visibility into what is coming and defining how each applies to VIP customers. Develop repeatable VIP GTM playbooks for key launches and tentpole moments, including launch calendars, messaging, customer eligibility, and engagement plans Host Enablement Own the single source of truth for VIP launches across promotions, events, benefits and gifting, leveraging AI-enabled tools to aggregate cross-functional updates into a scalable knowledge base. Translate GTM plans into Host-ready resources, including messaging, customer journeys, FAQs and launch communications. Develop tools and playbooks that enable Hosts to proactively engage customers around promotions, Fanatics ONE benefits and premium experiences. Events & Premium Experiences Maintain a consolidated forward-looking events calendar, including ownership, approval thresholds and Host guidance.
