Our client runs a YouTube channel that teaches people how to use AI tools, and they’re on the hunt for a full-time editor who can make their videos actually fun to watch - not just another dry tutorial. They want someone who edits like a storyteller. Their videos run about 8-12 mins, so you’ll need to keep people hooked the whole way through - good pacing, a sense of build-up, and payoffs. ### Responsibilities - Edit YouTube videos (typically **8–12 minutes**) that are engaging, fast-paced, and highly watchable. - Turn educational AI content into story-driven videos with strong pacing, build-up, and satisfying payoffs. - Create dynamic edits using motion graphics, animations, sound design, and visual effects to maximize viewer retention. - Integrate screen recordings, captions, callouts, and on-screen graphics to make tutorials easy to follow. - Use AI-generated images and videos to enhance storytelling and create visually compelling content. - Collaborate closely with the team to continuously improve video quality and audience engagement. - Solid experience editing story-driven videos (not just talking-head or screen-recording cuts) - A great feel for pacing and rhythm - Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects - Experience using AI image and video tools to generate high-quality AI footage to drop into your edits - Comfortable with tutorial stuff - screen recordings, on-screen text, using animations to enhance the viewing experience. - Some real knowledge of AI tools and concepts, enough to follow what we’re teaching and edit it accurately - Able to work in CET timezone with exclusivity clause - Competitive salary - Work From Home - Flexible Hours
