Position Summary: ParetoHealth helps employers control one of their largest and fastest-growing expenses: healthcare. Our platform brings together risk management, cost containment, data, analytics, technology, and a diverse partner ecosystem to lower costs, improve outcomes, and create greater predictability. Our next opportunity is to transform these products, capabilities, and workflows into a simpler, more unified, and differentiated platform experience. We are seeking a VP of Product to lead this evolution. This leader will shape product strategy, strengthen how technology and data drive the business, and build the talent, systems, and operating model required to scale. Key opportunities include simplifying how customers buy, implement, and operate self-funded health plans; advancing automated, data-driven underwriting; turning healthcare data into actionable intelligence; and identifying the next generation of products that improve customer outcomes and company performance. The VP will inherit an experienced product organization spanning Underwriting, Customer Experience, and Data & Analytics products. This is an opportunity to strengthen and scale an established team—developing its leaders, clarifying operating models, and improving cross-functional execution—while helping define how ParetoHealth creates value for customers over the next decade. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Scale the Product Organization Provide leadership across product management teams spanning underwriting, customer experience, and data and analytics products. Develop product leaders and create clear career paths, expectations, and accountability. Evaluate organizational structure and make recommendations regarding team design, ownership, and future growth. Build a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, customer value, and execution excellence. Build the Product Operating System Establish scalable operating models for planning, prioritization, roadmap management, execution, stakeholder engagement, and product reviews. Create frameworks for business cases, investment decisions, product quality, and success measurement. Improve collaboration across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other key functions. Increase transparency, predictability, and consistency across the product development process.
