Your role involves directing timely warranty resolutions, all permitting activities, enforcing best practices, and leveraging reporting tools to drive consistent performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with purchasing, land development, and sales teams to align objectives, control costs, and maintain safety standards. Spending significant time in the field with the production team, you will ensure operations align with divisional goals. Additionally, they possess the ability to lay out a division's neighborhood start and settlement plans to efficiently achieve settlement goals based on team capacity, governmental restrictions, and trade partner capacity, as well as the ability to attract, hire, develop, and retain a skilled team of professionals and trade partners.
