This executive serves as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role is focused on enterprise financial strategy, top-down analysis, and long-range planning. The Vice President will lead the FP&A function through a team of experienced managers who oversee day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The successful candidate will strengthen the analytical capabilities of the Finance organization, drive the company's strategic planning process, challenge assumptions with data, and help shape the financial strategy that supports Mainspring's next phase of growth.
