Vice President, Field Operations

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies. We're filling this role for an innovative wellness company redefining hospitality through a first-of-its-kind social wellness club experience. THE OPPORTUNITY Lead field operations across multiple club locations, driving operational excellence, consistency, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you'll oversee General Managers, coach leaders in the field, and ensure company initiatives are executed with excellence across every location. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You'll spend significant time in clubs partnering with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, translating strategy into measurable business results, and building the operational foundation to support future growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple locations. - Drive operational consistency, accountability, and execution across all clubs. - Own club-level operational performance, including revenue, profitability, membership growth, retention, and staffing. - Monitor KPIs and four-wall economics to identify opportunities and drive results. - Standardize operating procedures, training, and best practices across locations. - Partner cross-functionally to successfully execute company initiatives and support future club growth. - Champion an elevated guest experience while fostering a high-performing team culture. - Travel regularly between club locations to support leaders and operations. WHO YOU ARE - 7+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, retail, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or another high-touch service environment. - Proven experience leading General Managers or senior operators across multiple locations. - Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, KPIs, four-wall economics, and operational performance. - A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building accountability, and improving execution. - Experience creating consistency across multiple locations through strong operational processes and leadership. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. - Based in New York City, with regular travel required.
