The right candidate connects the dots between a highly capable internal team and the clinical clients who depend on them, ensuring delivery excellence, deepening client relationships, and building the operational infrastructure to support a growing portfolio. This person will be the steady hand inside the organization and the trusted face outside it. **Key Responsibilities** Client Relationship Management - Serve as the senior operational point of contact for key client relationships, including physician practice administrators, department directors, CMOs, and CIOs. - Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients by demonstrating clinical fluency, operational reliability, and genuine investment in their outcomes. - Lead client business reviews, escalation resolution, and strategic planning conversations with poise and authority. - Translate client needs and clinical workflow challenges into actionable direction for internal technical and support teams. - Develop and maintain client satisfaction programs, including feedback loops, performance reporting, and proactive outreach. Operations and Service Delivery - Own end-to-end service delivery across the managed application portfolio, including clinical imaging platforms, workflow systems, diagnostic viewing, voice recognition, image sharing, and worklist management. - Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery against SLAs in a 24x7x365 operating environment serving clinical providers nationwide. - Build and maintain operational processes, escalation frameworks, and quality assurance programs that scale with the business. - Identify and eliminate delivery inefficiencies, reducing cost-to-serve without compromising service quality or clinical continuity. - Maintain rigorous HIPAA compliance and data security standards across all managed application environments.
