\*\*POSITION SUMMARY:\*\* The Vice President, OPS Client Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client service within the Client Operations & Reporting function. This role is instrumental in aligning with BNY's strategic pillars by fostering operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction. The position focuses on developing and implementing strategies to improve client interactions, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational principles.
