Pet + E.R in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full- time experienced Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding team on an overnight shift caring for our surgical patients. **We offer a generous sign- on bonus for Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (credentials preferred but not required) to work on our overnight team, as well as a 10% shift differential for overnight shifts! Compensation:** Based on experience, skill set, and credentials. $28- 30/hr **Schedule:** - 4/10- hour shifts per week - Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday - 7pm - 5am (subject to possibly change) - 10% shift differential - NO WEEKENDS! - Training will be done during the day shift for 4 - 6 weeks Our veterinary technicians cover multiple shifts in our busy ICU including triage, in-hospital care, out-patient care and overnight specialty patient care. Applicants who have achieved certification (RVT, CVT, LVT) are preferred, but technicians with experience in patient care, anesthesia/surgery monitoring, in-house laboratory operation, phlebotomy/ IV catheter placement, and radiology will be considered.
