Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Sandhills Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $15.00�$18.00 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time or part-time position, with a 4 x 10 schedule, working 8:00 AM�6:00 PM, Monday�Friday. No weekends and no on-call requirements.
