Responsible for greeting clinic clients, admitting/dismissing patients and collecting payment for services. Schedules appointments, answers phones, and communicates necessary messages to faculty/clinicians. #### Required Qualifications - High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) - High school/GED and 1 year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. **Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:** Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organization skills, ability to handle/reconcile payments received for services and multi-line phone skills. Must have MS Office experience. #### Preferred Qualifications - High School/GED - Eight years’ experience in a medical or veterinary client service role. Four years’ experience in billing/cash handling. Completion of at least two on-campus or online customer service focused training courses. Certified Veterinary Receptionist (CVR) from the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA).
