What to Expect A schedule that respects your time. Enjoy a 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling and no on-call responsibilities. Our last appointment of the day is 6:30 PM – and we mean it. We will not be hospitalizing pets overnight, so when were done for the day, we’re really done for the day! As the hospital grows, schedules will continue to evolve with work-life balance as a priority. Protected lunch breaks and call back time will also built into the schedule. A highly supported team. Our goal is approximately a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, along with dedicated assistants and CSRs, allowing you to focus on practicing exceptional medicine. State-of-the-art medicine from day one.
