Venture Development Intern - New Products (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You’ll Do - Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations. - Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team. - Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback. - Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
