In this role, you'll own all vendor engagements end-to-end for an assigned group of suppliers, including sourcing, contracting, performance management, and stakeholder alignment; serving as the trusted bridge between our operations teams and the vendors that support them. Vendor group assignments are based on business needs and may evolve as the team grows. Up to 25% travel may be required. Designing and conducting sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), leading both new contract and renewal negotiations on pricing, terms, and service levels and executing upon the contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs) in partnership with Legal. Running a vendor performance management program that uses scorecards, business reviews, and SLA tracking to hold all parties accountable to their commitments; driving challenging conversations early when performance slips and facilitating resolution with affected stakeholders. Keeping teams proactively aligned on deliverables, expectations, and changes, so that requesters, operations, and leadership stay informed and confident in outcomes. Analyzing vendor performance and spend data to uncover root causes and quantify savings and value delivered; partnering with FP&A to keep budgets accurately reflecting your vendor group's costs.
