What You Will Do: Vendor Management Monitor & Evaluate: Track and assess IT vendor performance to ensure full compliance with agreed contracts and SLAs. Contract Administration: Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and supporting negotiation processes with data-driven insights. Onboarding Support: Gather and compile relevant data/documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations. Financial & Budget Management Budget Tracking: Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against the approved budget. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review. Asset Management Lifecycle Tracking: Record, track, and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal. Distribution & Disposal: Manage the receiving, distribution, and retirement processes of IT assets in alignment with corporate policies. Inventory Reporting: Compile regular IT asset inventory reports and ensure the asset database is continuously updated. What You Need to Have Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance. Strong capability in documenting, tracking, and managing vendor contracts. Solid experience in IT budget formulation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting. Deep understanding of Vendor Onboarding processes, contracts, and legal agreements. Thorough knowledge of vendor compliance and document requirements. Strong proficiency in financial concepts such as Capex, Opex, and Accruals.
