This role provides leadership to the Vehicle Shop team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and operational excellence. The Vehicle Shop Manager collaborates with departments across the organization to maximize fleet availability, support business needs, and maintain compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Maintenance Director. - *The salary range for this position is* $82,555 - $115,577*. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.* **Job Posting Deadline:** Applications for this position will be accepted until August 15th, 2026. **Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities** - Manage Vehicle Shop staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, addressing employee concerns, and administering corrective action as needed - Support 24/7 fleet maintenance operations during the winter season - Prepare, manage, and administer the annual operating budget - Advise and recommend purchasing decisions for equipment, capital investments, and shop operations - Optimize work order flow, asset management, and parts inventory within Limble - Ensure vehicles, equipment, and machinery are maintained in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations - Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees - Oversee the safe handling, storage, and management of all fuels and oils - Prepare the team for WE Rips, OSHA audits, CDOT inspections, and other regulatory compliance requirements - Lead weekly meetings to reinforce safety, operational efficiency, and cleanliness across all Vehicle Maintenance Facility operations - Maintain positive working relationships across the organization and partner with Grooming, Lift Maintenance, Trails, Mountain Operations, and Hospitality leadership to align maintenance priorities with operational goals - Perform other duties as assigned ## Qualifications **Education & Experience Requirements** - Must be at least 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - 5 years of vehicle maintenance experience required; 8 years pref…
