Responsibilities: - Developing user-centered designs and visual aesthetics that are both intuitive and engaging. - Creating wireframes and prototypes that are effective and visually appealing. - Conducting research on user behaviors and industry trends. - Collaborating with the product team to ensure UX/UI compatibility. - Evaluating existing designs and suggesting improvements. - Ensuring designs are consistent across multiple platforms. - Analyzing user feedback and making adjustments accordingly. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design. - Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. - Lead the design and development of user interfaces for aviation-related applications. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into design specifications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. - Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback to ensure high-quality outputs. - Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into projects. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
