In a nutshell As our UX researcher, you will work collaboratively with Data Analysts, Product Owners, and Designers to develop the full user experience of Picnic’s products. With an open personality, you’re able to empathize with end-users on a weekly basis, whether that’s by guiding users through prototypes or investigating a new topic. Half of the week, you initiate, plan and execute hands-on research activities. The other half is used to observe and analyse user behaviour and communicate those insights effectively to various teams and stakeholders. You experiment with research approaches to answer important questions. How can we make in-app customer service more accessible? How do customers decide what to eat? How can we make delivering our groceries safer for our runners? Every week presents new challenges to explore, frame and evaluate. Understanding both the big picture and the details, you examine insights from unique angles to bring a deeper understanding of customer experience and provide testable hypotheses.
