The User Experience team at Roku comprises UX designers, researchers, and writers, working collaboratively with our world-class Product and Engineering teams to meet customer needs for a Roku experience that delivers simplicity and delight. What is the role? Roku is seeking a UX Product Designer to join the Partner Tools team, supporting the design of enterprise experiences that enable both internal and external partners to efficiently complete critical tasks and achieve business goals. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centered solutions for internal tools that streamline partner workflows, including self-service capabilities for content partners to manage and merchandise their own content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders — to define user journeys and create interaction designs that enhance the partner experience. This role requires a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering high-quality design outcomes. You will own your designs end-to-end, from requirements gathering through implementation support, and will contribute to design critiques and formal reviews with UX leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in enterprise tools design, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively across diverse disciplines. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $175,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
