## Description **Job Title: Utilization Review AssociateJob Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week required (hourly** **POSITION SUMMARY** Assist with planning and coordinating the duties of Utilization Review. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **Essential Functions Statement(s)** - Assist with maintaining records and reporting related to Utilization Review. - Upload all required information including but not limited to annual wellness supporting documents. - Prepare reports providing status of programs, services, and quality initiatives related to Utilization Review. - Assists in scheduling and coordinating for Utilization Review. - Assists in tracking and reporting on all required documentation for collaborative projects. - Provide patients and families information about available ARcare initiatives and services. - Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources, and meetings in an effective and timely manner. - Perform all duties relevant to the position as requested. **SKILLS & ABILITIES** **Education:** High school diploma **Experience:** two years experience with Microsoft Office and office work **Computer Skills:** Able to learn and utilize electronic medical record, electronic data systems, and electronic communications.
