Utility Worker - 2st Shift

Do you believe in making the impossible possible? **Job purpose** Maintain general cleanliness of facility. **Duties and responsibilities** - Maintain hoppers and trashcans for scraps and any waste. - Transport carriers to necessary department (including unloading and location control, when needed) - ·Maintenance of facility both inside and outside. - Winter Months: use snow removal machine to clear snow and salt throughout facility (ex. parking area, walking area) - Use the sweeper machine to clean production floor. - Band coils. - Load export containers. - Follow safety procedures. - Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** · Able to read, write and speak English. · Basic computer skills · High school diploma or equivalent. · Previous experience operating forklift and overhead crane in an industrial setting. **Working conditions** · Regularly lifting, traveling up and down stairs, standing, sitting, squatting and bending in various positions - traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for a majority of the work day. · Daily exposed to noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
