As a Utility Energy And Conservation Analyst Supervisor within the Bureau of Technical Utility Services, you will perform the following duties: - **Team Leadership:** Guide the daily efforts of analysts who review filings and prepare technical documents - **Program Oversight:** Maintain oversight of written orders, reports, memos, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders - **Document Review:** Evaluate submissions from utilities and consultants to support informed decision making - **Stakeholder Communication:** Prepare clear written materials for internal and external groups - **Project Coordination:** Work with bureaus, offices, and consultants to carry out mandatory and voluntary program tasks As a leader of this team, you can be part of a passionate and fun group responsible for overseeing some of the fastest growing and most interesting topics facing the energy industry in Pennsylvania. Do not miss this opportunity for a rewarding career! **Work Schedule and Additional Information:** - Full-time employment - Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. - **Telework:**Part-time work from home (telework) may be a potential feature of this position. The successful candidate is required to report to the headquarters worksite daily, unless the employee meets eligibility requirements and telework has been approved. Management may discontinue any telework arrangement at any time, for any reason. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
