Focused on the Fashion Jewelry and Storage categories, we support launching premium brands and enhancing business performance. This dynamic team collaborates cross-functionally with Merchants, Inventory, and Replenishment leaders to execute data-driven decisions. Emphasizing innovation, the role integrates advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve processes and outcomes. Reporting to senior leadership, the team plays a key role in shaping merchandising strategies that contribute to the company’s ongoing success and expansion in the fashion sector. **What you'll do:** - Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to develop insights that influence merchandising decisions and category strategies. - Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and category-level plans to support business objectives. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts, optimize inventory, and drive demand planning accuracy. - Support vendor negotiations by providing financial analysis and risk assessments. - Lead execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring performance and adjusting plans to meet targets. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and accountable work environment. - Ensure customer-centric recommendations across all channels to enhance category effectiveness. **What you'll bring:** - Extensive experience in merchandise planning and category management with strong financial forecasting skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to derive actionable insights and influence strategic decisions. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. - Deep understanding of customer demand planning and omni-channel customer behavior to drive category growth. - Ability to manage complex budgeting, forecasting, and markdown strategies aligned with business objectives. - Expertise in leveraging technology and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. - Strong collaboration skills to partner cross-functionally and support strategic initiatives effectively.
