We are expanding our recruitment delivery team and warmly welcome freshers and early-career professionals eager to build a career in US IT Staffing. **Job Summary** We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our US IT Recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to kick-start their career in the US staffing industry. Full training and mentorship will be provided. Strong English communication skills and willingness to work night shifts (US hours) are a must. **Key Responsibilities** - Source IT candidates using job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder - Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, compensation, and work authorization - Coordinate with senior recruiters and account managers on open requirements - Submit qualified profiles within defined turnaround times - Maintain candidate records accurately in the ATS (Manatal or similar) - Build and nurture relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities - Learn and apply knowledge of US tax terms, visa classifications, and staffing processes **Required Skills** - 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or US IT staffing (freshers welcome) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Basic awareness of US tax terms — W2, C2C, 1099 - Basic awareness of US visa types — H1B, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, TN - Good understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus - Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones (EST/CST/PST) - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven **Good to Have** - Any internship or training in US IT staffing or HR recruitment - Familiarity with Boolean search for candidate sourcing - Basic knowledge of ATS platforms (Manatal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) - Exposure to IT domains — Cloud, DevOps, Java, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc. **What We Offer** - Full training and onboarding support for freshers - Work from home flexibility - Performance-based incentives - Mentorship from experienced US staffing professionals - Exposure to top US enterprise clients and cutting-edge tech hiring - Growth-oriented and supportive team culture **Shift Timing** Night Shift – US Eastern / Central / Pacific Time Zones
