This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers without being chased. ### Key Responsibilities - Edit raw video footage into polished, professional final cuts for social media, ads and internal use - Create motion graphics, animations and visual effects using After Effects - Handle all SFX and sound design within Premiere Pro, including music selection, sound effects, audio balancing and mixing - Manage your own workflow and deadlines without requiring supervision - Maintain consistency in style and quality across all video outputs - Take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual content - Revise and refine edits based on feedback quickly and efficiently - Organise and manage project files in a clean and accessible way - Stay up to date with current trends in video content, motion design and social media formats - Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction when needed ### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Proven hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics and compositing - Strong SFX and sound design skills within Adobe Premiere Pro - A portfolio of real completed work that you can share immediately - Ability to work remotely and manage yourself without supervision - Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines consistently - Open to shifting onsite if required as the team grows
